User Accounts and Registration

Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes. Menu items and prices are subject to change without notice. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss substitutions or refunds. Promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions and may not be combined with other offers.

Payment Processing

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. Payment is processed at the time of order placement. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including food, taxes, delivery fees, and gratuities.

Delivery and Pickup

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, order volume, or other factors beyond our control. We strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe but do not guarantee specific delivery times. Delivery is available within our designated service areas, subject to minimum order requirements and delivery fees.

For pickup orders, please arrive within the specified timeframe. Orders not collected within reasonable time may be discarded without refund.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Order cancellations may be requested immediately after placement but cannot be guaranteed once preparation begins. Refunds are provided at our discretion and typically only in cases of:

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
